Cavi Imports LLC Jet Ski Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By renting a jet ski from Cavi Imports LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your rental.
2. Age and Licensing Requirements
All renters must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Proof of age and licensing may be required upon pickup.
3. Rental Agreement
A rental agreement will be provided upon pickup. This agreement outlines the specific terms of your rental, including rental duration, payment details, and any additional fees.
4. Jet Ski Use
Renters are responsible for the safe and proper operation of the jet ski. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the jet ski are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the rental agreement and/or legal action.
5. Liability and Insurance
Cavi Imports LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the renter or any third party during the rental period. Renters are responsible for obtaining appropriate personal liability insurance.
6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of pickup. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental will result in a full charge.
7. Damage and Loss
Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the jet ski during the rental period. Any damage or loss will be assessed and charged to the renter.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
